Zachary was diagnosed with neuroblastoma, a type of childhood cancer, at 10 months old. He relapsed in 2021 and has been in treatment for the past 3 years which during the course of treatment and secondary illness, has had numerous complications including hearing loss. He is nearing the completion of a Phase 1 clinical trial and hopefully the end of his treatment. Zachary has had amazing medical care at 3 top notch hospitals in North Carolina and has been constantly surrounded by prayer, an amazing community, school, and a team of people who love him.

He’s a fan who roots whole heartedly for his team, loves books and games, and the color red.
