Friday

Early Packet Pickup
Location/Time: First Baptist Church from 4:30 – 6:00
Volunteers Needed:
Early Packet Pickup – Any other volunteers will be used to organize race day items and merch.

Saturday

Schedule

7:00 - Registration and Packet Pickup Opens
8:15 - Registration and Packet Pickup Closes
8:30 - 1 Mile Fun Run
8:40 - Intro of Track Commanders – Story of Run For Holland and Reading of “Welcome to Holland”
9:00 - 5K and 10K Race Start
10:15 - Awards

Volunteers Needed:

Race Day Registration – Registration opens at 7:00 am so we need you at First Baptist by 6:45. There will be two stations set up.

• Station One will give out race bibs, shirts and packets to pre registered runners.

• Station Two will be registering people who have not yet registered.

Course Volunteers – you will need to be out on the course no later than 9am. The 5k and 10k start at 9 so depending on your location runners will be to you in 1-30 minutes. I have added all maps and descriptions for course volunteers above. Click your course spot and it will open a map and description of duties.

The following course volunteers will be staying less time (9-9:45):

• English Woods Entrance

The following course volunteers will be slightly longer on the course to allow for 10k runners to come through. (9-10:15)

• Beaver Creek 1 (50’s Diner)*

• Beaver Creek Apartments*

• Highland Ave / Oak

• Reservoir Rd Aide Station*

• Summit / Tappan / Park

* If you have a * beside your station you will have a trail car come through and let you know that the last runner has past your station.

Bounce House Attendant – We close our race with awards and an after party. We have a bounce house and cotton candy machine for kids as well as music. This will be in Riverside Park. You do not need to arrive here until 9:30 but I will warn you that after the races starts it is harder to access the park.
